If you're having problems with SWTA, the best place to seek help is at the SWTA website and Bulletin Board. Go to http://www.planetannihilation.com/swta and click on Forum link, then post your question. We'll answer it as soon as we can. If you have an immediate problem, please contact HANSOLO@planetannihilation.com. These should be immediate emergencies only; please use the forum for all non-emergencies.

We also highly encourage joining our IRC channel, as you're practically guaranteed an instantaneous response. You might even get a chance to play SWTA online! Follow these instructions to join our channel. Any person with a @, %, or + next to their name is a veteran SWTA player (or even one of the designers!) who is well-qualified to answer your questions. The TA Demo Recorder, by the Swedish Yankspankers (http://www.tauniverse.com/SY), is a popular TA application used to record and view multiplayer games. In theory it should work perfectly with SWTA; unfortunately, practice shows that the Recorder only works about 50% of the time. We are not certain why this occurs, or how to fix it.
